Missing teeth should not hold you back. At Mega Dental, we restore smiles with high-quality dental implants using advanced techniques for a secure, natural fit. Our team carefully plans and places every implant — single implants, full-mouth restorations, and everything in between.

Why choose implants for tooth replacement

Missing teeth cause problems beyond looks — they make eating hard, affect speech, and weaken nearby teeth. Implants act like real teeth: they stay in place, don't slip like dentures, and keep the jawbone strong. Unlike bridges, they don't rely on neighboring teeth, so those teeth stay untouched. With good care, implants last for decades.

How dental implants bring back your smile

Implants replace lost teeth from the root up. First, a titanium post is placed in the jawbone to act as a new root. Over a few months the bone bonds to it. A small abutment is then attached, and a custom crown completes the tooth — designed to look and work like a natural one.

Who should get dental implants

You might be a good fit if you have missing teeth, struggle with loose dentures, want a lasting fix, and have healthy gums and enough bone for support. Teeth grinding, smoking, and uncontrolled diabetes can slow healing — we review your health at your consultation. Adults of any age can get implants; kids may need to wait until their jaws finish growing.

Keeping implants strong for life

Implants need care like real teeth: brush twice daily, floss or use implant cleaners, skip hard or sticky foods that could damage the crown, and see us for regular checkups. With good care the titanium post lasts a lifetime; the crown may be replaced after 10–15 years of normal wear.
